You'll love your role as a Junior Accountant & Administrative Assistant because no two days are the same and you'll be right at the heart of the action.

What you'll be doing (aka where you shine):

• Owning accounts payable postings, reconciliations, and payments for your assigned location
• Making sure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly posted
• Keeping month-end on track by ensuring all deals are received before cut-off
• Preparing and reconciling balance sheet schedules like a pro
• Organizing and filing financial documents so everything is exactly where it should be
• Being a friendly first point of contact-answering phones and greeting customers
• Jumping in on other accounting and administrative tasks as needed (teamwork makes the dream work)

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
• Bring 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Have dealership experience (nice-to-have, not a must)
• Are pursuing-or planning to pursue-a CPA designation
• Have strong MS Excel skills and aren't afraid of spreadsheets
• Work well independently and thrive in a team environment
• Are flexible and understand that month-end and year-end can mean extra hustle
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and quick on your feet
• Hold a valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
