Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute marketing initiatives across all airport locations, ensuring strong brand presence, effective communication, and seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and events. This role works closely with internal teams, airport partners, and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, timely, and impactful marketing support in a fast-paced airport retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (All Airports)
Maintain and update airport-specific social media pages in line with brand standards
Schedule and publish content supporting promotions, events, and airport initiatives
Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across platforms
Digital Screen Content Management
Define, refresh, and manage digital screen content based on active promotions and priorities
Coordinate deployment and ensure timely updates across all airport locations
Work with internal teams to align content with sales and campaign objectives
Internal & External Messaging Campaigns
Manage WhatsApp group communications with clear purpose, guidelines, and consistency
Execute targeted email and messaging campaigns to specific audiences, partners, and stakeholders
Ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice and business priorities
Flyers & Promotional Collateral
Develop and customize flyers and promotional materials for individual airport companies and partners
Coordinate production and distribution timelines
Ensure collateral is relevant, compliant, and tailored to each target group
Store Presence & Visibility
Support in-store promotional setups and branded initiatives
Ensure store presence aligns with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and airport events
Partner with operations teams to execute in-store marketing effectively
Event Support & Activation
Coordinate event materials, promotional items, and giveaways
Support logistics and readiness for airport and partner events
Ensure consistent brand representation during activations
RPP Campaign Execution (Dynamics)
Launch and manage RPP campaigns through Dynamics
Track execution, updates, and alignment with sales objectives
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure effective rollout
Airport Newsletter Management
Compile, coordinate, and manage content for airport newsletters
Ensure consistency in messaging, timelines, approvals, and distribution
Work with airport stakeholders to meet submission deadlines
Key Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or communications
Experience managing multiple locations or stakeholders (airports, retail, franchises preferred)
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Comfortable managing digital content, messaging platforms, and promotional materials
Experience with CRM or campaign tools (Dynamics preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Salary:$50-55k per annum
