The Senior Manager will lead a team of product managers, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to champion their roadmap and drive positive influence against their KPIs. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and leadership skills to define and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business goals.

What you'll do:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop and maintain a product strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Use market research, data and user research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on data, user feedback, and business impact.
  • Oversee the product backlog across multiple teams, ensuring it reflects the product strategy.

Product Execution:

  • Lead product ideation and discovery by enabling insights and providing strategic guidance on problems and solutions
  • Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement or exploration
  • Identify operational effeciencies to improve velocity and quality of delivery within the team

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Provide guidance on product strategy, execution, and professional development.
  • Promote a customer-centric and data-driven approach.
  • Build a culture of embracing AI tools to streamline work and improve outcomes

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into product decisions and how teams work.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze product data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Consume reports on product performance.
  • Use data to inform product decisions.·

Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation.

What you bring:

  • 5-8 years of digital product management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing product teams.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience with agile development.
  • Strong product sense and customer empathy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Understanding of digital technologies.
  • Proficiency in product management tools.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
