We're growing quickly and looking for a creative, data?driven Marketing Manager to join our team.
Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you'll own the execution of digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You'll work closely with sales and product teams to build high?impact campaigns, create compelling digital experiences, and support our go?to?market strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys both creative and analytical work, and is comfortable taking projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness goals.
- Build, optimize, and maintain HubSpot landing pages, email campaigns, workflows, and nurture programs.
- Create and manage marketing emails, including copywriting, layout, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing assets such as graphics, presentations, and digital content.
- Support website updates, blog and whitepaper content creation and publishing.
- Analyze campaign and content performance and provide insights to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality, and campaign follow?through.
- Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project workflows to ensure on?time delivery.
- Execute events, webinars, and product launches
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
- Hands?on experience with HubSpot, including building landing pages, emails, and automated workflows.
- Strong design sensibility and experience working with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast?moving environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and KPIs.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or identity?focused industries.
- Experience with SEO, paid media, or marketing automation beyond HubSpot.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or landing page customization.
