We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition - Digital Investing
One of our top banking clients is looking for a strategic and growth-focused Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition - Digital Investing to lead acquisition marketing initiatives and drive growth for digital investing products.
Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite
Contract Duration: 14 Months (Extension & FTE conversion potential)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (8:45 AM or 9:00 AM start)
Pay Rate: $50-$55 per hour on INC.
About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead growth and acquisition marketing strategies focused on increasing awareness, client acquisition, engagement, and asset growth for digital investing solutions.
This role will partner closely with internal business teams, analytics, sales, product teams, and external agencies to execute high-impact campaigns and strengthen market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute acquisition marketing strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
Lead digital marketing campaigns focused on client growth, engagement, and revenue generation
Manage end-to-end campaign execution including creative development, approvals, QA/UAT, and launch
Build targeting strategies using customer insights, analytics, and market trends
Measure campaign performance through KPIs including traffic, applications, new accounts, and assets
Partner with Product, Wealth teams, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and external agencies
Drive InvestorLine enterprise growth initiatives and identify new opportunities
Optimize campaigns through testing, insights, and performance reporting
Support digital media strategies including SEM, SEO, paid media, social, and owned channels
What We're Looking For:
6-10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in acquisition/growth marketing
Strong experience in demand generation, digital campaigns, paid media, analytics, and client acquisition
Proven experience developing and measuring marketing programs that drive business growth
Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of digital media strategy, SEM, SEO, and customer segmentation
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Financial services, online investing, or regulated industry experience is highly preferred
