Arch Distribution provides customized chemical blending solutions built on quality, reliability, and genuine personal service - and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the face of that promise to our clients.

You'll own the customer relationship end-to-end: fielding inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with our sales, logistics, supply chain and operations teams, and making sure every client feels looked after. You'll also work in our Datacor ERP system for order management, invoicing, and inventory reporting.

You'll thrive here if you have:

- 2-5 years in customer service or order management

- Experience with Datacor ERP (or a similar ERP/CRM) - a strong asset

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- A self-starting, dependable work ethic
