The Data Entry Associate is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate client, employee, and operational data in Cenikor Foundation's electronic systems. This role supports administrative and clinical teams by ensuring information is complete, accurate, confidential, and compliant with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter client, employee, and program information into electronic databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review documents for completeness and verify information before data entry.
- Update and maintain electronic records in a timely manner.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies by coordinating with appropriate departments.
- Scan, index, and organize electronic documents.
- Generate reports and retrieve information for management and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with document management and administrative support tasks.
- Complete assigned projects while meeting established deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, healthcare administration, or office operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or database management systems is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
