We're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our growing team - someone who's equal parts creative storyteller, social strategist, and confident communicator. This is a client-facing role where you'll bring brands to life through engaging content and authentic online presence. We are open to a hybrid scenario.

What You'll Do

Create. Connect. Captivate.

• Film and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) - both in our studio and at client locations.
• Write catchy captions, snappy scripts, and clever social copy that spark engagement.
• Edit and repurpose video content for multiple platforms to make every story go further.

Strategize. Manage. Grow.

• Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
• Manage posting schedules, editorial calendars, and community interactions.
• Track performance and share insights that turn data into creative opportunities.
• Stay on top of social trends and platform updates.

Collaborate. Communicate. Deliver.

• Work directly with clients to understand their goals, voice, and vision.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative planning meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns that look great - and work even better.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
• A strong portfolio of videos and social content you're proud of.
• Confident filming, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
• Experience with video editing tools and social media management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Bonus Points For:

• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with AI tools and creative optimization.
• Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations.
• Experience in social media advertising.
