Key Accountabilities

Job Title

Important Tasks / Activities / Outcomes

Content, Design & Brand

  • Support the development of the ?brand voice? for Dahrouge
  • Maintain brand guidelines, slide masters, map and figure styles, and template library
  • Produce decks, one-pagers, case studies, factsheets, and proposal graphics
  • Light video edit, web design and social creative; ensure NI 43-101 and disclosure standards on technical content
  • Conduct research and ensure compliance with trademark and copyright laws to prevent infringement and maintain proper legal protection and registrations

Marketing Management

  • Update and optimize website pages (Wix); manage basic SEO hygiene
  • Own LinkedIn/X/Instagram cadence; write and schedule posts
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct research on customer insights, competitive trends, and market data to support campaign development

Client & Project Marketing

  • Build investor decks, brand guidelines, project comms kits, and conference handouts for clients
  • Package and track billable deliverables
  • Direct communications with stakeholders

Event & Trade Show Coordination

  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows to generate brand awareness and leads
  • Facilitate appropriate marketing campaigns to promote Dahrouge before, during and after events
  • Coordinate vendors (booth, print, video) and manage timelines/budgets.

Data Analysis, Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and competitors to recommend strategy improvements.
  • Oversee projects and adhere to budgets for marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring timely execution and cost-effectiveness.

Required

Education

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, specifically experience in graphic design, content creation and social media management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, WIX, Adobe Suite (or similar), GA4, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Comfortable editing themes/pages in Wix/WordPress, embedding forms and videos, adding tracking (GA4/Tag Manager), and doing basic HTML/CSS tweaks. Not expected to build complex JavaScript apps or back-end features.
  • Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of: a deck, a web page or landing page, and 2-3 social posts or short videos.

Designations & Certifications

  • Marketing certifications or Chartered Marketer (CM) are beneficial but not required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team setting with a positive attitude.
  • Enthusiastic, able to support and amplify our digital marketing strategy.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property rights.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily works in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to physical hazards.
  • May encounter high-stress situations, especially when dealing with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • This position requires that the candidate will be in front of a computer for long periods, up to 8 hours a day.
  • Potential discomfort when working with computers for long periods may happen.
