Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision.
  • Provide ongoing support to other departments with data entry.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, maintains the appearance of the lobby, conference rooms and common areas.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
  • Orders, receives, and maintains supplies for the office, kitchen and mailroom.
  • Responsible for coordinating office equipment maintenance.
  • Housekeeping Duties (i.e.- load/unload dishwasher, restock fridge, etc.)
  • Maintain all conference rooms for cleanliness/reserve conference rooms, including ordering and/or setup.
  • Resolve problems associated with all building services, including janitorial, parking, and security access fobs.
  • Assists with the coordination and scheduling of office/building maintenance activities
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • May be required to coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments.

Education / Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 (three) years of administrative assistant experience required.
  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional computer literacy, including the ability to learn new programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Software products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000 annually
