Ontario Sales Manager - Ethnic Produce Wholesale

About Us:
The Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth across key markets by managing existing accounts and developing new retail and wholesale partnerships. You will work closely with operations and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with important contacts in existing key customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ethnic retail channels
  • Monitor pricing, product availability, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales and item movement, including setting targets and providing recommendations to leadership
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in produce or food distribution
  • Proven track record managing key retail or wholesale accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ethnic produce markets and multicultural food trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies to meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (25-40%).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
