Office Concepts Inc. is Calgary's Haworth dealer, helping organizations design and furnish workplaces that actually work-for people, culture, and performance. We provide full-service solutions across contract furniture, architectural walls, flooring and workplace consulting.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and drive new business in the Calgary and Alberta market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will:
- Own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients across corporate, public sector and institutional accounts
- Develop new business through the A&D, commercial real estate, and general contractor communities
- Lead the sales cycle from first conversation through proposal, furniture standards, order entry support and post-occupancy follow up
- Prepare and present furniture solutions, budgets, and proposals and quotations (including RFP/RFQ responses) in collaboration with our design and project management teams
- Coordinate with internal customer service representatives and project managers, installers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery, installation and punch-list closeout
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activities and forecasts in CRM
- Represent Office Concepts at industry events, site meetings and showroom visits, acting as a trusted advisor in the Calgary workplace community
What you bring
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales/account management experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, design & construction, or related
- Existing relationships in one or more of: A&D community, real estate brokerage/landlords, project management firms, or corporate facilities/HR/IT contacts
- Strong understanding of the dealer/manufacturer model and the contract furniture project lifecycle
- Ability to read and discuss floor plans, furniture drawings and typicals (experience with CET/AutoCAD/CAP a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, timelines and stakeholders at once
- Confident presenter who can lead client meetings, interviews and walk-throughs
- Comfortable using CRM and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with quoting tools is an asset
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Calgary and occasionally within Alberta
