About the Role

As a Technical Service Representative (TSR), you'll be a vital part of our Atlantic Canada Technical Team. You'll work in the field, helping diagnose, repair, and maintain essential medical equipment that healthcare professionals rely on. Your work will directly contribute to reducing equipment downtime and ensuring patient care is never compromised.

What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site service and support to healthcare clients
  • Diagnose and repair technical equipment accurately and efficiently
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and minimize downtime
  • Complete clear, timely service reports
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Source and manage parts/inventory to support field work
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures
  • Travel regularly (up to 75%, with overnights)

What You Bring

  • Diploma in Biomedical Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent education/experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
  • Organized, dependable, and quality-focused
  • Great communicator and team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with travel and flexible hours as needed
  • Bilingual (English/French) considered a strong asset
  • A mindset of growth, and team contribution
  • Diagnostic Imaging training and experience considered an asset.
