We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead and expand our Communications vertical, which includes Land Mobile Radio (LMR), Broadband, Security, and IT solutions.
This strategic role is responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term relationships, and shaping go-to-market strategies across key communication segments. Responsibilities
What You'll Be Responsible For (not limited to):
- Managing and expanding relationships with a defined portfolio of key accounts and distributors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and executing growth strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service, resolve challenges, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Providing leadership within the sales team and supporting the development of junior account managers.
What You'll Do (not limited to):
- Account Management & Growth
- Maintain, strengthen, and grow existing customer relationships through regular contact and value-driven engagement.
- Develop and execute customized sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular updates on key metrics and initiatives.
- Market Development & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and position products for success in new and existing markets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to promote brand visibility and business development.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with the Director of Sales and Industry Managers to align account strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build sales capability and teamwork.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process and efficiency enhancements.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in account management, ideally within power solutions, electronics, industrial, or technology-driven B2B markets.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and expanding key accounts.
- Strong understanding of industry operations and power conversion technologies (or related technical products).
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across North America and represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and expanding key accounts.
