About the job:
Pipewise is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead our entire marketing function, from strategy through execution, with a clear mandate to drive measurable lead generation, strengthen market positioning, and unify brand presence across all channels.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B marketer who is ready to build an integrated, data-driven marketing engine. You will oversee demand generation, content, events, and brand development, ensuring every activity directly contributes to business growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and R&D to align marketing strategy with corporate goals.
Core responsibilities:
Marketing strategy & planning
- Develop yearly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales, R&D, and business development priorities
- Translate company objectives into clear content strategy, utilizing campaigns and content calendars
- Collaborate with Sales, BD, and R&D to refine positioning, target audiences, and messaging
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide strategy and identify opportunities
Campaign execution & digital activation
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Manage setup, scheduling, and optimization of paid and organic digital campaigns
- Oversee content distribution across blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website
Content operations & publishing
- Maintain and manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing rhythm across all channels
- Coordinate with external resources (videographer, PPC, SEO, web) to ensure deliverables meet quality and deadlines
- Write or adapt copy for social media, emails, website updates, and promotional campaigns
- Repurpose video, podcast, and blog content into short-form promotional assets for use in paid campaigns and posts
Analytics & optimization
- Manage and analyze KPIs and performance metrics for campaigns (CTR, CPC, conversions, impressions, MQLs)
- Prepare monthly reports
Events, collateral & sales support
- Coordinate trade show and conference logistics (shipping, booth assets, scheduling)
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, case studies, and brochures.
- Maintain and update the marketing asset library, CRM, website CMS, and campaigns
Ideal candidate:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial tech, SaaS, or Energy
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting marketing metrics and identifying insights
- Excellent writing and editing skills; experience creating short-form, long-form, and digital-first content
- Self-starter who takes ownership, collaborates well, and learns quickly
