You are if you bring:

• A minimum of five years' experience leading a high-functioning marketing team, with demonstrated success in building marketing strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Exceptional project management and time management skills, including the ability to work within condensed timeframes and ability to effectively prioritize work and exercise excellent judgment.
• Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research, present well-considered options, and effectively assess and evaluate outcomes.
• Revenue-driven achievement approach while appreciating and championing the social purpose, ensuring business success is aligned with the core values and purpose of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to research, provide options for consideration and evaluate results.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships, working collaboratively across internal and external functional teams.

What Else Do You Need?

• This position is located at the Downtown Y, with a flex schedule arranged in discussion with the VP, Philanthropy, Marketing & Government Relations.

Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle

• Ability to attend events outside standard working hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
