The Role
Do you want to build programs that shape our culture and deliver real, visible impact across an organization? If so, this newly created role is for you. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Development to design and deliver the programs that define what it feels like to work at Beanfield, from the first day to future leader.
This is a highly visible role for someone who loves turning ideas into reality. You will partner closely with leaders, roll up your sleeves to build practical programs, and see your work come to life across Beanfield. If you are energized by people, pace, and purpose, this role will feel right at home.
You will lead our engagement, performance management, learning, and core employee lifecycle programs, ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtful, consistent, and truly impactful.
This is a hybrid role in our Liberty Village office, with a minimum of three days per week in-office. We love when our teams connect face-to-face, so if you enjoy being in the office more often, you will feel right at home.
What You'll Do
Shape a Standout Employee Experience
- Lead culture-building initiatives and cross-functional experience programs.
- Lead Beanfield's engagement surveys and turn insights into visible, meaningful action.
- Design and run recognition programs that bring our values to life.
- Drive external employer brand and Top Employer initiatives that reflect who we truly are.
Elevate Performance, Every Day
- Design and evolve Beanfield's performance management cycle to be clear, fair, and genuinely useful.
- Lead performance calibration from start to finish - from preparation to facilitation to follow-through.
- Coach leaders on goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations that drive real growth.
Build Leaders at Every Level
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and design practical, skill-based learning solutions.
- Own and optimize our LinkedIn Learning platform, from curation to adoption.
- Build future manager and leadership programs focused on real-world people leadership.
- Measure learning impact and continuously improve what we offer.
Create Seamless Employee Journeys
- Provide program leadership and operational support to our Talent Acquisition to ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience.
- Own and evolve onboarding programs that set new hires and new leaders up for success.
- Own offboarding programs to capture insight and strengthen our culture through feedback.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with our broader employee experience strategy.
Be a Trusted Partner to the Business
- Work closely with leaders across Beanfield as a practical, confident people partner.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery - you're equally comfortable building the plan and executing it.

What You Bring
- 7-10+ years in employee experience, learning & development, performance management, or people programs.
- Proven success leading performance cycles and engagement initiatives end to end.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with confidence at all levels of the organization.
- A track record of building and improving programs in fast-moving environments.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- A challenger mindset with the confidence to question, improve, and innovate.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- French language skills and a valid driver's license are assets
- A people-first approach grounded in trust, care, and integrity.

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan ("STIP") which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP's eligibility requirements.
