As HR Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the Human Resources department supporting strategic and day-to-day operations across the Kroeker Farms group of companies. Collaborating closely with Staff and Leadership, you'll use your passion for people and systems to optimize HR operations and help provide an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, track, and provide regular status updates on HR-related projects.
  • Support hiring process through analyzing historical hiring trends data and forecasting.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection.
  • Create an engaging onboarding program and assist with delivery.
  • Build and maintain HR Operations and Safety reporting dashboard.
  • Anticipate, schedule, and coordinate new and recurring training activities.
  • Assist with benefits plan optimization and administration.
  • Assist with policy writing, implementation, training, and scheduled reviews.
  • Assist with staff celebration events.

  • Human Resources and/or leadership experience in a Farm or Manufacturing setting, and the ability to speak multiple languages will be considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position, located at our Head Office in Winkler, MB.
