WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Drive daily membership, retail, and add-on sales
- Actively follow up with leads, trials, and inactive clients
- Conduct outreach (calls, texts, emails, referrals) to generate business
- Track performance daily and stay focused on hitting targets
- Take personal ownership of conversion and revenue results
This role requires someone who enjoys the hunt, not just the service.
Team Leadership
- Lead front desk shifts and set the energy and performance standard
- Motivate and influence the team to hit daily and weekly goals
- Support training and coaching of new team members
- Step up as a leader on the floor and take initiative
Operations & Ownership
- Support scheduling execution and daily studio flow
- Maintain organization, communication, and accountability on shift
- Ensure high standards of presentation, service, and energy
- Identify issues early and take action
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-5 years experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing sales
- Competitive and motivated by targets and performance
- Confident approaching people and building relationships
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and closing
- Naturally takes initiative and looks for responsibility
- Strong presence - others naturally look to you as a leader
- Ambitious and looking for real career growth
