The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital and retail channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role contributes to content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in producing marketing content, coordinating campaigns and activations, and supporting the tools and systems that enable marketing performance.

This is a hands-on role that bridges content creation, digital marketing, retail activation, and marketing technology, contributing to initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Publishing

Contribute to the creation and publishing of marketing content across digital platforms and customer channels. This includes supporting ongoing social media activity, producing marketing materials for campaigns and retail activations, and capturing content from in-store moments, events, and photoshoots.

  • Social Media & Community Engagement

Support the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including publishing content, monitoring engagement, and interacting with the brand's online community. The role helps ensure a consistent and engaging presence across social channels.

  • Campaign & Event Coordination

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, seasonal activations, and in-store events. This includes coordinating campaign assets, supporting store teams with marketing initiatives, and helping ensure marketing activities are aligned across channels.

  • Email & Customer Marketing

Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and customer communications using Klaviyo, including campaign setup, segmentation, and performance monitoring. Contribute to lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to strengthen customer engagement and retention.

  • Marketing Platforms & Analytics

Help manage marketing platforms and tools used to support digital marketing activity, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Assist with compiling marketing analytics and reporting to support data-informed decision making.

  • Marketing Technology & Innovation

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of marketing workflows and processes through the use of modern marketing tools and technologies. Support initiatives that leverage automation and AI-assisted tools to enhance marketing productivity, research, and content development.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience creating digital marketing content, including social media and visual assets.
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools used to create marketing materials.
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and AI tools used to support marketing workflows

  • Digital fluency and comfort working with marketing technology platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, marketing automation tools, or digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to support marketing workflows, research, or content development.
