- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and development of HVAC dealer partners within the GTA</span></span></span>

- Meet and exceed sales and gross profit objectives</span>

- Design and implement territory -specific growth strategies</span>
</span></span></li>
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering strong customer relationships built on trust and value</span>

- Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior</span>

- Deliver expert product knowledge and proactive solutions</span>

- Collaborate cross -functionally with internal teams to optimize customer success</span></span>

REQUIREMENTS</H3>
- 5+ years of business development and sales experience in the HVAC sector</span>
