Position Overview:

Event Manager will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and delivery of exhibit projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior account managers and senior project managers with the planning and execution of multiple projects from concept through delivery.

- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and budgets.

- Maintain communication with vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.

- Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and issues early on.

- Help organize project documentation, including work orders, purchase orders, drawings, ship lists, and change orders.

- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Assist in managing logistics and production schedules for exhibits.

- Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- Tech-savvy with the ability to seamlessly navigate between mobile tech, laptops, and software systems. A creative problem-solver who can make different types of technology work together efficiently in a project management environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Good understanding and experience in standard office software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, PPT, Excel, etc.)

- Passion for the creative industry and desire to grow in project management.
