WHAT YOU'LL DO

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will:

On Pipeline Creation:

  • Own pipeline creation and lead generation for specific verticals.
  • Execute Aarcomm's Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program, translating high-level strategy into scalable, repeatable campaign execution.
  • Drive net-new, sales-ready pipeline aligned with revenue goals.

Design & Launch Campaigns:

  • Own HubSpot end to end: workflows, lists, forms, campaigns, segments, landing pages, and email sequences
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, email, social, direct mail, webinars, events, and publications.
  • Design both copy and graphics for digital ads for various platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube
  • Build and manage automated and AI-assisted outbound programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop and manage the demand generation and ABM budget, including forecasting and spend allocation across channels.

Experiment & Optimize:

  • Design and run fast, lightweight experiments focused on verticalization and personalization-testing new ideas and iterating based on data and sales feedback.
  • Build campaign dashboards, track performance, and continuously optimize for ROI and pipeline contribution.

SEO & Website:

  • Optimize on-page SEO and continuously improve content performance
  • Update and improve website design and content to optimize visibility from all sources (Google, AI, LLM)
  • Update website content regularly, such as the blog page

Collaborate & Communicate:

  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Engineering, and Analytics to communicate account engagement and ABM performance.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve campaign strategy and execution across teams.

Leverage AI & Automation:

  • Use AI tools and automation to improve speed of execution, efficiency, and campaign performance.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles, with a highly hands-on approach to campaign execution.
  • Experience working with modern marketing tech stacks such as HubSpot, Zapier, Clay, and Apollo.
  • Experience with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google and YouTube.
  • Strong digital advertising skills - copywriting, graphics creation, campaign build
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Revenue teams and think about marketing through a revenue lens with a strong focus on account fit and lead quality.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously, even as priorities evolve
  • A growth mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and iterating quickly rather than following a rigid playbook
  • Clear communication skills and strong cross-functional partners who can collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and operations.

NICE TO HAVE

  • SEO experience, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and topic clustering using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing company where processes and programs were still being defined.

What does success look like in the first 90 days:

  • An ABM campaign developed for 3 key segments with specific tactics such as paid campaign or email
  • Email templates developed
  • Three event-based nurture emails launched
  • Three ever-green email campaigns launched
  • A digital marketing performance dashboard created and reviewed regularly with the Marketing Director
