The UCCL Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our head office team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both office operations and financial processes.
In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency by managing daily administrative tasks, supporting bookkeeping activities, coordinating communications, and assisting with HR and event logistics.
What you'll bring:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Sage 50, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion, attention to detail, and initiative
- Post-secondary education and a minimum of two years' experience
