• Key Responsibilities Sales:
• Generate, nurture, and convert leads into satisfied clients.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
• Provide detailed presentations on available home designs, floor plans, and customization options.
• Manage client relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Marketing:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to promote our projects and services.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Design and generate marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, suggesting improvements for optimal results.
• Actively engage with the community and industry professionals at networking events and trade shows.
• What We're Looking ForProven experience in sales and/or marketing (experience in real estate or home construction is a plus).
• Proficiency in operating social media platforms and generating high-quality marketing materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Fluent in English , Multilingual is an assest.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to challenges.
