RINK is home to Testify Performance, a medical and high?performance training facility that supports athletes of all ages and abilities. Testify bridges the gap between rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and sport performance, working closely with medical professionals, coaches, and families to deliver safe, evidence?based programming. Our front?line team plays a critical role in supporting both our training and medical environments by ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Who We're Looking For

You're a natural people?person who knows how to make others feel welcome. You can juggle multiple priorities, pay attention to the details, and genuinely enjoy helping people navigate programs and services. If you've worked in customer service, administration, or sales - especially in a sports, fitness, or medical setting - you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

• Be the friendly first point of contact for clients, athletes, and families
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk?ins with professionalism and care
• Support client registration and guide families through program options
• Maintain accurate client records and scheduling systems
• Collaborate with administrative, coaching, and performance teams
• Share product and service knowledge to support sales and client satisfaction
• Help keep our facility organized, professional, and welcoming

Key Attributes for Success

• 5+ years in customer service or admin roles
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Organized, efficient, and great at juggling tasks
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• A love for sports and a drive to help others succeed
