Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead Betz Pools' digital presence and marketing initiatives. This role goes beyond managing social platforms-it will also include creating and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, attract new customers, and reinforce loyalty across our existing client base.
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic- a visual storyteller with refined taste, strong aesthetic judgment, and the ability to merge creativity with AI tools to produce polished, high-impact digital experiences while also measuring impact and aligning marketing activities with Betz's business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Reputation
Develop and execute strategic content calendars, seasonal promotions, and storytelling campaigns aligned with overall marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualize and produce luxury-style short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) featuring cinematic visuals, refined transitions, premium sound design, and compelling storytelling.
- Leverage AI tools (generative visuals, voice AI, editing AI, prompt engineering) to accelerate production, elevate creative quality, and maintain high-end brand standards.
- Monitor engagement metrics and Google Reviews, respond professionally to strengthen brand perception, and optimize content performance while staying ahead of social media trends and collaborating with leadership for campaign alignment.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns (digital
- offline) to promote seasonal services, new offerings, and premium brand positioning.
- Work with leadership to design promotional materials, advertisements, and event campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Service, Sales, Construction) to ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth targets.
Customer Communications
- Create and manage customer email campaigns that highlight services, promotions, and seasonal programs.
- Ensure messaging is brand-consistent and customer-centric.
Website & Digital
- Implement website changes and updates, keeping service offerings, promotions, and key pages fresh.
- Ensure website and campaigns are optimized for lead generation.
- Stay current with digital marketing and pool industry trends to propose innovative ideas.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, campaign ROI, and review ratings.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, polished, premium-quality content.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
- Strong understanding of AI tools for creative production (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, AI voice tools, etc.).
- Experience with digital marketing tools (email platforms, website CMS, analytics dashboards).
- Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with measurable results.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
