Marketing Coordinator - Student

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator -Student who's excited to roll up their sleeves and jump right into the action. This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape our brand story, create engaging content, and support a variety of marketing initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Get To Do

Help plan and execute real marketing campaigns that make an impact.

Create engaging content for our social channels. Everything from photos and videos to stories and reels. A focus on Educational Reel/TikTok's/YouTube Shorts.

Get in front of the camera (and behind it!) to help bring our brand to life.

Support the creation of newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.

Manage and schedule posts across our social platforms.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to uncover great stories worth sharing.

Assist with events, brand activations, and community partnerships.

Track performance, explore insights, and help us understand what content performs best.

Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the table.

Who You Are

A marketing, communications, or business student, or someone with equivalent hands-on experience.

A natural communicator with strong writing and storytelling instincts.

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Confident (or willing to grow your confidence!) in front of people and a camera.

Creative, curious, and always eager to learn new tools and techniques.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.

Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.

Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel to all company locations.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with Adobe Suites, Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, Mailchimp/Pathway, WordPress, or similar tools.

Basic analytics knowledge (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Graphic design or video creation experience.

Event coordination experience.
