WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This is a temporary, full-time position with a duration of 12 months.

Responsibilities:
-Strategy & Content Development: Develop and implement social media strategies, including building content calendars and aligning with brand voice.
-Content Creation & Publishing: Produce engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms.
-Engagement & Community Management: Respond promptly to follower questions, comments, and messages to foster engagement.
-Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success.
-Trend Monitoring & Social Listening: Monitor social media trends, best practices, and online conversations to inform strategy.
-Paid Social Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
-Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
-Platform Knowledge: Expertise in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Skills: Exceptional copywriting, creativity, proficiency with social media analytics tools, and content scheduling tools.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (often preferred).
-Travel: Flexibility to travel to clinics to film/interview patients, staff, and physicians to post video content.
