JOB DESCRIPTION

This person will be responsible for leading our development team and making important decisions that will impact the business. They will ensure that our technological resources meet the company's short and long-term business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the strategic technology direction for the company.
• Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Advise the executive team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
• Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
