JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's risk management framework, ensuring all activities align with regulations, company guidelines and accepted risk levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing risk management policies and guidelines
• Identifying potential risks and creating strategies to mitigate them
• Providing regular reports to senior management and board on the company's risk profile

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• At least 3-4 years of experience in risk management or related role
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
