YOUR ROLE

You are a Swiss army knife of digital marketing, able, in the same week, to switch from a LinkedIn campaign to an SEO audit, from an automated marketing campaign to copywriting optimized for generative AI, without losing your rigor (and your cool!) along the way. 

YOUR MANDATE

Support account managers and strategists in the implementation of concrete tactics that make a difference to our B2B clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute and optimize complete digital campaigns: SEM, social media, emails, etc.
  • Perform digital audits (SEO/GEO or Web) and make recommendations.
  • Select keywords and optimize content for traditional SEO and generative SEO (GEO).
  • Create and post engaging content on social media.
  • Set up a GA4 account with GTM: event creation, conversions, audiences, etc.
  • Analyze results and produce clear reports.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools (copywriting, analysis, automation, monitoring, etc.) to improve performance and creativity... (without losing your soul nor that of our clients!)
  • Provide support to project managers and account managers, especially for estimating and monitoring the efforts required to achieve the goals.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and contribute to their guidance with rigor and enthusiasm.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Bilingualism required (flawless French, professional English).
  • Google certifications (Analytics 4, Ads).
  • Knowledge of WordPress.

VALUES THAT WILL MAKE YOU SHINE

  • Experience in a similar size agency (and understanding of the reality of budgets and billable hours!)
  • Mastery of Hubspot, Mailchimp, Airtable, Semrush and the Google Workspace environment.
  • Strong interest in AI applied to marketing (if you're already using ChatGPT, Claude and MidJourney in your work, we want to talk to you).
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and curiosity for niche sectors.
