Responsibilities:
Expansion Sales Execution
- Execute outbound expansion sales campaigns targeting an existing database of customers and billers
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities to introduce the Online product
- Position the Online product as additive value rather than a replacement for existing solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and respond to product- and service-related questions
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Qualify opportunities and manage expansion pipeline activity
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM
- Follow defined expansion sales workflows, scripts, and playbooks
Sales Support & Collaboration
- Support Sales leadership with operational and administrative sales activities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
- Participate in coaching, training, and feedback sessions to improve sales effectiveness
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Consistently execute outbound activity aligned to targets and expectations
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve expansion sales messaging, process, and playbooks
- Operate as part of a team-oriented, performance-driven sales environment
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
- Experience with outbound outreach or sales conversations is an asset
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset

Work Schedule
- 37.5 hour workweek, Monday to Friday
- Office days: Tuesday to Thursday
- Home office: Mondays and Fridays
Travel Requirements
- May be required to do some travel for tradeshows
