ABOUT POLYSLEEP
Polysleep is a Quebec-based sleep products brand (mattresses and accessories), born in e-commerce and operated on Shopify. After 10 years of growth, our focus is now on strengthening a beloved brand—and making it more distinctive—while maintaining healthy, profitable growth.
We are also developing Polysleep Signature, a premium line designed in particular for B2B partners (retailers, designers, architects, hospitality).
YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the CEO and a member of the executive team, you will be responsible for building a clear, cohesive narrative for Polysleep and orchestrating a content system that increases desirability, trust, and differentiation. You will work hand in hand with the Sales and Operations teams (promise, inventory, lead times, CX) and with external partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (CONCRETELY)

Define, structure, and maintain the brand architecture, messaging platform, and tone of voice, in a FR-first approach, ensuring consistency between Polysleep and Polysleep Signature.

Design the annual narrative framework: campaigns, themes, content series, and multi-channel adaptations.

Create and/or oversee the creation of hooks, pages, emails, video scripts, and creative briefs.

Lead a content system (cadence and quality): social, email, website, PR, partnerships—with content repurposing.

Act as creative conductor with the agency, including defining briefs, quality control, and validation of deliverables.

Develop and structure the UGC and customer review strategy to strengthen brand credibility and conversion.

Contribute to structuring sustainable, profitable growth by integrating financial and marketing metrics (contribution margin, CAC payback) into strategic decisions and execution priorities.

Manage the marketing team (priorities, coaching, performance) and orchestrate agency and freelancer contracts.

Collaborate closely with Sales & Operations to align promise, product availability, lead times, and customer experience.
THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 7 years’ experience in brand, communications, or content, on the brand or agency side (ideally DTC/lifestyle/wellness).

Excellent French writing skills and fluency in English.

Creative sense and critical thinking: comfortable making clear editorial decisions, including the ability to refuse or redirect creative work when needed.

Interest in working in an SME context and playing a hybrid role combining strategy and execution.

Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners.

Experience managing teams and external vendors.

Experience in PR, influencer, or brand partnerships is an asset.

Basic understanding of DTC mechanics (CRO, creative testing, performance marketing) is an asset.
