The Senior Marketing Specialist implements comprehensive marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications and Marketing, this role focuses on delivering high‑value, strategic, and creative solutions. Strong skills in project management, analytical thinking, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams are essential to success in this role.
Employment type: Full-time, 39 hours/week, permanent
Hybrid: 4 days per week of remote work (Montreal, Montmagny, Louiseville, Québec City, and Sherbrooke)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage marketing projects from concept to execution with creativity and efficiency
- Create, update, and leverage dashboards for sales and marketing funnels (Power BI, Google Analytics, and other tools) to track the performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Drive inbound traffic and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate Marketing Qualified Leads
- Analyze results (engagement rate, conversion rate, ROI) and identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership to optimize campaigns, content, and communications
- Coordinate and contribute to content creation, publication, and distribution across digital platforms, including newsletters, websites, and social media
- Coordinate all aspects related to Marquis corporate events and trade shows
- Oversee content coordination across three websites, including content updates
- Optimize database mailing lists through segmentation to improve the relevance and performance of communications
REQUIRED SKILLS

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Five (5) years or more of experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Two (2) years or more of experience providing advisory services to senior management
- Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong sense of priorities
