About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who’s ready to take ownership and contribute to real marketing execution from day one. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing plans, coordinating marketing campaigns and managing social media. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same, combining coordination, content, and analysis.

mylife Diabetescare is a Switzerland-based company with a growing presence in Canada, including our local office in Pointe-Claire. We bring innovative medical devices to market, with a recent launch in Canada focused on supporting people living with type 1 diabetes. Every day, our goal is to help improve quality of life by making diabetes management simpler, more flexible, and more intuitive.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Manage and execute social media content, including planning, posting, and community engagement

• Adapt global marketing materials for the Canadian market and create local content

• Track and report on marketing performance, with a focus on continuous improvement

• Coordinate projects and support day-to-day marketing operations

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing

• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken

• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly

Required qualifications

· Bilingualism: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages (REQUIRED).

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

More about the role

You’ll work closely with the National Manager, Marketing and Customer Excellence, as well as internal teams and global headquarters to bring marketing initiatives to life in Canada.

In this role, you will:

• Support the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and performance tracking

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time

• Adapt global marketing strategies and materials to fit the Canadian market

• Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement

• Analyze social media and campaign performance, and recommend improvements

• Contribute to website updates and support e-shop optimization

• Collaborate with partners on SEO and SEM initiatives to drive traffic and conversions

• Support local market research to inform marketing decisions and strategy adaptations

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, activations, and product launches

• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed

• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including coordination and administrative tasks
