About: We're looking for a hands-on Media Specialist to join our close-knit team, working alongside colleagues in the US and UK to plan, execute, and optimise digital media and lead generation campaigns for enterprise technology clients. You'll partner with our Media Manager in the US, focusing on supporting and manage end-to-end campaign execution.

This delivery-focused role suits someone organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver high-quality results.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Support and Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing and lead generation campaigns across North America.
  • Translate client briefs into media plans, ensuring accurate setup, pacing, and delivery.
  • Build and manage campaigns in Salesforce and Integrate, maintaining up-to-date media plans and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimise for lead quality and ROI.
  • Analyse campaign results, prepare clear insight-driven reports, and present monthly performance updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Liaise with media partners to resolve data issues, lead rejections, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement, by refining workflows, testing new partners and/or platforms.

Qualifications & Skills :

Required:

  • 1-3 years' experience in media management or campaign execution, ideally within B2B marketing or ABM.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM systems.
  • Comfortable handling large data sets and campaign performance reports (Excel proficiency a must).
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience using Integrate or similar lead validation tools.
  • Background in content syndication or enterprise tech campaigns.
  • Experience working across time zones or in global campaign delivery teams.
