Alco Energy Canada is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator.

Reporting to the Director of HR and Administration or designate, the HR Coordinator will perform a

range of HR activities, such as recruitment, assisting with benefits and pension governance, labour

relations, policy updates, and support health and safety projects. The HR Coordinator will display a

high level of professionalism and ensure positive interactions with AEC employees, contractors,

vendors, and visitors at all times.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources.

- Experience in a manufacturing setting is an asset.

- Knowledge of employment legislation.

- Demonstrated:

- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision,

- ability to provide efficient and professional service,

- strong attention to detail and displays a high level of accuracy,

- effective communication and organizational skills, and

- team work and critical thinking skills.

- Proven positive attitude.

- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and work prioritization skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000
