Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 base salary plus performance bonus plus path to equity

How we determine where you land on base

$80,000 A strong, proven salesperson with no direct solar experience but a demonstrated track record in outbound sales. You know how to hunt, close, and work without hand holding.

$100,000 A proven outbound solar sales professional with a verifiable track record, a consultative approach, and demonstrated leadership qualities.

What You Will Do

In the Field Individual Contributor Phase

? Generate your own leads through door to door canvassing and community networking. This is a hunter role and proactive outreach is the foundation

? Follow up on leads provided by Aurum Solar Ltd.

? Conduct thorough in home solar consultations, system design discussions, and proposals

? Close residential and commercial solar contracts

? Represent Aurum Solar Ltd.'s brand with professionalism and integrity

? Hit and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

As You Grow Into Leadership

? Mentor and manage a small team of solar sales consultants

? Develop team canvassing strategy, territory management, and lead generation systems

? Support recruitment and onboarding of future sales hires

? Report on team performance and pipeline to ownership

? Collaborate with ownership on commercial sales strategy and key account development

Compensation and Growth

Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and solar track record

Performance Bonus: A competitive, tiered bonus structure calculated as a percentage of revenue generated. The more you produce, the more you earn. Full details are shared with candidates who progress past the NDA stage.

What We Are Looking For

Required

? Proven track record in outbound sales with solar experience preferred, exceptional sales background considered

? Experience with door to door lead generation and community networking

? Valid driver's licence

? Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and perform without hand holding

? Strong communication and consultative selling skills

? Willingness to relocate to the Comox Valley

An Asset Not Required

? Proven outbound solar sales track record with verifiable volume

? Experience leading or mentoring a sales team

? NABCEP certification or equivalent solar industry credential

? Familiarity with BC Hydro net metering and BC solar incentive programs

? Experience selling commercial solar
