Engage Presentations Inc. is seeking a full-time Medical Education & Design Specialist to join our team! You would be responsible for, content development, editing and designing medical presentations that will help our clients stand out. You will work as the nexus between our medical education and design teams to collaborate on projects which deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment. A typical day may include the following tasks:

• Editing medical presentations to validate content against citations.
• Referencing using the APA 7th edition or the AMA style (depending on the client).
• Proofreading in English for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and vocabulary.
• Identifying project issues and presenting solutions to management.
• Tracking the status of projects.
• Collaborating on tasks with team members.
• Formatting presentations and print materials.
• Attending virtual briefing meetings with clients.
• Communicating with project stakeholders.

The Medical Education & Design Specialist must have the following attributes:

Proficiencies:

• Expert level of knowledge and practical skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert in English grammar and syntax.
• Proficiency in Veeva
• AI & Digital Literacy – strong track record of leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and quality across medical education and scientific communications projects.

Must Have:

• Bilingual (English/French).
• Major in Biochemistry or related Health Science major or higher.
• Must have between five and eight years of experience working for Pharma and/or an Agency servicing pharma clients; in sciences, or related fields.
• An eye for design.
• Excellent PowerPoint technical skills.

This role reports to the Vice President.

This is a full-time office position, Monday to Friday 9 - 5.

Health Plan is available.

Salary will depend upon your experience however the range is: $60,000 - $80,000
