You’ll join a team of 25 passionate experts supporting established brands and fast-growing companies that rely on us to scale their expansion. Day-to-day, you’ll help make Mint the Quebec benchmark in digital performance by maintaining the highest standards of quality in social media strategy.

WHAT WILL YOUR WEEKS LOOK LIKE?

• Manage social media ad campaigns for our clients, primarily on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

• Complete account audits for new clients.

• Serve as the main point of contact for strategists regarding the strategic direction of major client accounts.

• Assist strategists in creating advanced strategy documents and post-mortems.

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to maximize client visibility and, consequently, ROI.

• Monitor ad campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities across accounts.

• Produce regular performance reports to support and guide strategic business decisions for Strategists.

• Stay on top of the latest social advertising trends.

• Contribute to team learning through knowledge-sharing meetings and "Expert Open Hours."

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in auditing, launching, and managing social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

• Knowledge of Reddit Ads is an asset.

• Meta Ads certifications are an asset.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
