Reporting to the Go-to-Market Marketing Lead, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operational activities of the promotional marketing team. They coordinate multiple projects and contribute to the production of conversion campaigns, ensuring the deployment of various channels such as digital assets, flyers, newsletters, in-store signage, and more. They work closely with members of the marketing team, external agencies, and internal departments to ensure campaign consistency and flawless market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of Digital Promotional Campaigns:
- Coordinate the development and deployment of digital promotional campaigns. Act as project lead by managing timelines, deliverables, and the approval process, from the creative brief through to market launch.
- Present campaigns during approval and alignment meetings with internal teams, and act as the liaison between the marketing department, internal teams, and external agencies.
- Collaborate with the go-to-market team on the production of digital flyers and ensure the accuracy of commercial information related to offers before publication.
Newsletter Implementation Lead:
- Coordinate the full production process for promotional newsletters. Prepare production briefs, gather the information required by creative teams, manage approvals, and coordinate integration through to deployment.
In-Store Signage and Store Communications Coordination:
- Coordinate the production and delivery of printed in-store signage. Manage the full production process, from the creative brief to proof validation, through to final delivery to the printer.
- Manage the in-store TV content broadcast calendar and act as the main point of contact for broadcast partners.
- Coordinate and distribute internal communications intended for merchants, including drafting messages, uploading key documents to the internal platform, and sharing important information with the store network.
Marketing Support, Monitoring and Process Optimization:
- Conduct competitive monitoring, build seasonal reference documents on competitors’ activities, and share key highlights with the marketing team.
- Support the marketing team in its administrative and operational activities, including tracking purchase orders, quotes, and supplier invoices, performance reports, meeting recaps, and the use of marketing support tools, including AI, to improve team efficiency.
Required Experience
- Undergraduate degree in marketing communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role in marketing.
- Experience in the retail sector, an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and work in an agile, solution-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Strong interest in AI-driven process optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong interest in sports, physical activity, and the outdoors (an asset).
