Role Overview
AvranceCorp is seeking a Content Creator / Graphic Designer to execute day-to-day digital content, website updates, social media assets, and campaign materials across corporate and project platforms.
This role is hands-on and production-focused, supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and PR/Media team by turning approved strategies into high-quality, consistent, and on-brand digital outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Website & Project Sites
- Execute updates and visual refreshes to the corporate website under direction from the Senior Marketing Manager
- Support rollout of standardized project microsites and campaign assets across developments
- Ensure all digital assets align with AvranceCorp brand standards and usability best practices
Social Media Content & Execution
- Design and produce graphics, reels, short videos, and stories for:
- X
- Google My Business
- Execute monthly content calendars, including posts, stories, and visual variations
- Adapt content formats to platform-specific best practices
- Assist with hashtag research and visual optimization for organic reach
Campaign & Paid Media Support
- Create creative assets for paid and organic social campaigns
- Support campaign launches with visual assets, landing graphics, and ad creatives
- Make timely updates based on performance feedback
Community & Engagement Support
- Support PR/Media team with templated visual responses and engagement assets
- Assist with content tied to collaborations, announcements, milestones, and events
YouTube & Video Content
- Support YouTube channel content production, including:
- Video editing
- Thumbnails
- Captions and visual overlays
- Assist with execution of a monthly video content plan
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-3 years of professional or internship experience in digital content creation, design, or social media execution
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Basic to intermediate experience with short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts, simple motion graphics)
- Comfortable producing content for professional and brand-led environments (LinkedIn, websites, campaigns)
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, creative direction, and structured feedback
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple small tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows quickly in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, finance, or technology brands
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly visuals and digital performance
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and CMS platforms
