Role Description
We at Frigg Business Solutions (www.friggp2c.com) and Friggenix Business Solution (www.friggenix.ae) are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support brand growth, lead generation, and market positioning. The role will focus on executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, strengthening digital presence, and supporting sales enablement initiatives across both brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Frigg and Friggenix across digital and offline channels
- Develop and manage content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Support brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity initiatives
- Coordinate with sales and leadership teams to support lead generation and customer engagement
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and analytics
- Assist in organizing webinars, events, and industry engagements
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and dashboards
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support website management, SEO, and basic digital optimization activities
- Liaise with external vendors, designers, and agencies as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B / technology / professional services marketing (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
- Experience with marketing tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, CMS)
- Good writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, IT services, or consulting industry
- Knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, and marketing automation tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM)
