  • Creating social media content calendars and supporting graphic design as needed (through Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Maintaining Santis Health's brand assets, including developing materials for its website and social media accounts.
  • Supporting internal and external events, such as webinars, podcasts, team calls and company wide town halls.
  • Supporting the planning of Santis' annual client event in Toronto.
  • Other public affairs, communications and project management related support to clients as required.

A Great Candidate Would Have a Combination of These Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently attending or recently graduated from a post-secondary program relating to public relations, communications or graphic design.
  • Ability to work from our Downtown Toronto office at least two days per week.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design with familiarity in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency with social media management, analytics and scheduling platforms, including those for platforms like LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Creative thinker who can offer new approaches for visual and written materials.
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
