  • Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and build brand authority in thematic, alternative, and public investing spaces.
  • Manage audience engagement on key platforms (especially LinkedIn and targeted digital channels) to foster relationships and convert interest into inquiries from diverse investor segments.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms; deliver actionable insights and iterative improvements to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Canadian financial advertising and privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, compliance, and business development teams to align digital efforts with firm goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, ideally in financial services, asset/wealth management, or investment counsel-demonstrating success in regulated environments.
  • Proven track record of strategic digital planning combined with hands-on execution that drives measurable results (e.g., lead gen, brand elevation, audience growth) for sophisticated B2B/B2C financial audiences, including retail/DIY segments.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn advertising, professional networking, and digital channels suited to DIY investors (e.g., online brokerage audiences).
  • Knowledge of Canadian wealth management trends, regulatory nuances, and public product distribution.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 CAD annually (commensurate with experience), plus performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health/dental coverage, RRSP matching, and professional development support.
