We are currently hiring a Temporary Brand Activation Rep, in Vancouver, BC*.

BBCCC Inc. (Boston Beer Company Cannabis Company) is looking for an enthusiastic Brand Activation Rep, Teapot to represent our cannabis-infused beverages across the GVA and Vancouver Island!

Location: Vancouver, BC

Target Start Date: 4/6/26

Target End Date: 10/2026

  • Our BAR must reside within 30 minutes of Vancouver

What You'll Roll:

  • Retail Pop-Ups & Sampling Events.
  • Execute engaging in-store activations at dispensaries to increase brand awareness and product trial.
  • Assist with coordinating and managing sampling events across the GVA and Vancouver Island, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Conduct in store training and product knowledge sessions for budtenders and store managers.
  • Build eye catching displays and maintain brand visibility in store.
  • Cultivate and own relationships with key stakeholders in top stores in territory.

Must Haves:

  • Must be 19+
  • A valid driver's license, insured vehicle or ability to travel between locations.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in various environments.
  • Comfortable with lifting and setting up promotional materials.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or event management.
  • Valid CannSell.
  • Passion for the cannabis industry and general category knowledge.

Level:

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $28 CAD per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
