Role Description

Big title, bigger job!

We are looking for a one-of-a-kind person who has the skills to help us launch and operate a new interactive teambuilding app. The app combines digital experience with outdoor activity and requires the successful candidate to have the skills to create, sell and operate games and events in an outdoor environment.

Requirements:

• Ease in working with varieties of computer software to create games in the app.
• Sales and marketing experience
• Creativity, good sense of humour
• Group leadership/facilitation experience

This hybrid career position is a combination of work at home, at our Banff office and in the field. Pay is a combination of salary and commission.
