POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a formal education in current marketing tactics and a proven track record of at least 2 years in creating and promoting successful online events and social media campaigns. As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, creating, implementing and managing marketing strategies that drive product interest and attendance to online events contributing to our overall business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and monitor online events and social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including our website, blog, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the sales team to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative and impactful campaigns that align with company objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Create engaging and compelling content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements, to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online and social media marketing, and integrate innovative approaches into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and relevant content updates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University or College degree in Marketing or other relevant program (3-year minimum) is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role planning, creating and promoting online events and social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & French), with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging and concise content.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective campaigns.
- Experience in utilizing current social media management and analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and experience with Twitter & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions for campaign optimization.
