Duties

- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective customers

- Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively

- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and community events to promote the company's offerings

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in the electrical industry, as an electrician, CET, or Engineering is preferred

- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial lighting is preferred

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
